1.2 Contracts via www.flauschrausch.de are concluded exclusively in German or English. When ordering Burkhardt Handel products, your contractual partner is Burkhardt Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Neue Straße 6, 28844 Weyhe. Information about the respective contractual relationship is displayed on every page where the product details are described.
1.3 By clicking the "buy now" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.

Prices, shipping costs and express shipping

When purchasing Burkhardt merchandise, you have a legally guaranteed right of withdrawal:
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Burkhardt Handelsgesellschaft mbH of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).
Returns and return shipping costs
You must return the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date of cancellation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide a return label . However, should you require assistance with return shipping costs, we are happy to discuss a possible discount for your next order.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction.
