To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the shipping costs for the original delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for your order for the refund, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For items that we have delivered free of charge , we do not cover the return shipping costs; these must be borne entirely by the customer.

For items for which the customer paid shipping costs at the time of purchase, we will refund these original shipping costs in the event of a cancellation.

Return of goods
The return of the goods is at the buyer's own expense.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen days.
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
You are only liable for any loss in value if it resulted from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and function.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Note regarding damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email with clear photos within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We will review your case as quickly as possible and, if the defect is justified, send you a free replacement or refund you a portion of the amount depending on the defects.
Information on returns if you are not satisfied
Returns due to dissatisfaction are only possible within the statutory cancellation period.
Returns are not accepted after the deadline has expired.
